From End Users of Client Websites:
When we build websites for our clients, those websites may include contact forms. Information submitted through those forms (such as name, email, phone, and service inquiries) is collected on behalf of our client and transmitted to the client via Airtable. Reboot Inc acts as a data processor for this information; our client is the data controller.

Analytics Data Is Used To:

As part of our SEO and AEO services, we optimize your website and online presence to improve visibility in search engines (such as Google) and AI-powered answer engines (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity). However, search rankings and AI recommendations are determined by third-party platforms outside our control.
We do not guarantee any specific search engine ranking, AI recommendation frequency, traffic volume, lead count, or revenue outcome. Any analytics data or performance reports we share are informational and reflect past performance only. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
We collect and process performance data solely to help improve your website and online visibility — not to support any implied warranty of results.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- Encryption: SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit; encrypted storage for sensitive information
- Access Controls: Internal access to client data is restricted to personnel who need it to deliver your services

Client Data:
- Project and communication records: Retained for the duration of our engagement plus 12 months
- Financial and billing records: 7 years, as required for tax and legal compliance
- Website assets (images, copy, files): Retained while your website is live with us; exported or deleted within 60 days of service termination upon request
Visitor and Lead Data:
- Contact and lead form submissions: Retained for up to 24 months, or until you request deletion
- Google Analytics data: Subject to Google's standard 26-month retention policy
- Cookies: Session cookies expire when you close your browser; analytics cookies persist up to 1 year
